BALANCING YOUR CAREER WITH PERSONAL LIFE

The past few months have taught me a lot and I thought I should share with y’all a few,

#Family, #Lovelife, #career, #Mental health

1. #Family,

There’s no love greater than that from a family!

#family ties are so important in everyday life, but sometimes they can be hard to describe. How can you capture the idea that this is a brood that will love you unconditionally, stick by your side during the harshest times, lift you when you are feeling down, but also, on occasion, be a pain in the neck to you for no real reason?

Celebrate the ones who made you the person you are today, the ones who have contributed largely to your growth to bring you to where you are now. Seize every opportunity to love them regardless….

remember “ you’ve got just one, so keep them together

2. #Lovelife

We’ve all had our share of love or breakfast as it may be.

Sometimes we go so deep loving people that we even forget we are humans too and so deserve to be loved as well. We prioritize others over ourselves and forget our very existence.
😍We still chop breakfast las las“

Know this!!
Value begets Value

where your energy isn’t reciprocated, you should take a walk……
. #keepmovingforward #keeplearning

3. #Career

We all get to that stage in our careers where nothing seems to be working, interesting, or making sense anymore.

This sometimes leads to a lot of discouragement, Hence” giving up becomes an option.

In every career, there comes a point in time when there’s a need to sit your ass down and have a long detailed conversation with yourself. Ask yourself questions and come up with possible answers, and check what’s working and what’s not.

Sit back, re-strategize, Set achievable goals, give yourself time to work them out one at a time,

And this time don’t forget to celebrate your little winnings.🥂🍾

Remember
#rome wasn’t built in a day.

The truth is, No matter how intelligent you might be, you’re not exempted from mental health issues. And that takes us to our next point….

4. #Mental health

Your mental health is what determines your productivity. We need no endless overthinking, though.
So relax, take a break, and take care of your mental health.

Remember, if you brake down today at your current job, you will be replaced immediately and the world will move on

Let’s loosen up some time and take a break to re-calibrate our life. We need no endless overthinking, though. Let’s just connect the dots, set the scene, and steam ahead. (“On a casual day without a tie”)

Try to pause each day and take a walk. Do something nice for yourself today Find some quiet, sit in stillness, and breathe. Put your job and problems on pause. You deserve a break.

Taking a break can lead to breakthroughs and “sometimes doing nothing makes way for everything”.

Remember
#rome wasn’t built in a day.

I wish you all the best ……
